The title says it all! This book is a holistic guide to surviving and thriving in residency and beyond. I illustrated, designed and laied out the entire book. When illustrating the book cover I used the symbolism of the doctor's bag to imply that all the tools you need to thrive during residency and beyond are inside this book, just like a doctor's bag.

To pay homage to my mom's Polish recipes, passed down from many generations, I created this Polish Cookbook to honor and preserve them. To create this cookbook, I first sat down with my mom and wrote down all of the recipes she could remember. Then I designed and illustrated this book. Instead of using photographs to show the completed recipes, I decided to give the cookbook a more “homespun” feel by illustrating parts of recipes that might be confusing or complicated. This cookbook was printed and given as gifts to family members. This project was a lot of fun to work on, and was both a personally and professionally gratifying experience.
